GrainOS is operated by the entity named in your contract or invoice. This policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with the GrainOS web application.
What we collect
- Account details you provide (for example name, email, organization).
- Usage and technical data needed to run and secure the service (for example logs, device and browser metadata).
- Content you enter into the product (for example desk notes, deals metadata, or imports you upload), subject to your plan and configuration.
How we use information
We use data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, bill where applicable, support you, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse. Analytics may be used in aggregated or pseudonymous form where configured (for example product analytics).
Sharing
We use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, authentication, payments) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention
We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. You can request deletion or export where applicable law and your plan allow.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. No online service is perfectly secure; use strong passwords and protect your devices.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us through your organization admin or the support channel in GrainOS settings.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
