How the 8 hours work. Your Team subscription includes 8 hours of development, integration, or training time from us each month — automations, Supabase tweaks, third-party integrations, custom reports, onboarding sessions. Hours are booked as you need them and reset at the start of each calendar month (unused hours do not roll over). If you need more in a given month, extra time is billed at R750/hour as prepaid credits — the same rate applies to any bespoke work requested on Essentials or Pro.
